Groceries that you used to regulary consume which aren't as available (aside from tortillas and particular fruits appearantly)? Groceries which you adapted into your cooking? etc...

Reading is not the same as speaking. That's not my case, because I'm generally a poor language learner, but I can still have a great grasp of grammar and vocabulary and still have a problem with reading. Actually, knowing vocabulary and grammar can be more problematic than not knowing because you will assume what the text says, but it will be wrong. Especially in texts that aren't alphabetized. And just such Korean, which has about a million exceptions in reading vs what is written, is even worse.

Regarding the reading speed section. I disagree purely as a hyperlexic dyslexic. 🥹 amazing video as always

I’m only 2 and half weeks into learning and when I try saying things I just keep telling myself there’s no way to learn than to do it wrong over and over until I get it 😂 I know how hard others work to learn English and they get it so well over time and encourages me to keep trying too.
